Whhewwwwww.   This by far was the easiest and most challenging week for me. I thought I had a tried-and-true method of foil application but even that requires practice.  I haven't done foils in a long time and the application process I thought would be simple still stumped me.  My process was:
<ul>
 	<li>to apply 2 coats of the polish I wanted</li>
 	<li>apply thin layer of foil gel AND CURE FOR FULL 60 SECONDS</li>
 	<li>LET NAIL COOL OFF</li>
 	<li>wipe nail and back of foil with lint free wipe and alcohol</li>
 	<li>apply foil to nail</li>
 	<li>topcoat.</li>
</ul>
I struggled this week with taking time for myself, but it was so rewarding when I was able to push through my self doubt and all of my excuses to bang out a gorgeous nail set that I was really proud of.  I will be providing links to my Instagram so you can all see my progress and the sets that I completed as I go.  Please stay patient with me as I learn to love the new me through our self-improvement journey.  It's pretty cool to get to use nails as a canvas to try to HEAL MYSELF FROM INSIDE OUT.</blockquote><br>
