The Goddess Gang Nail Art Challenge is open everyone 18 years and over, and residing in the United States of America.
Participants must have a valid and active Instagram account.
How to Enter:
To enter the challenge, participants must:
1. Post your nail art photo on your Instagram feed (make sure your profile is public).
2. Tag @ScorpionGoddessNails in the photo and use the hashtag #GoddessGangNailArtChallenge for this challenge.
3. Don’t forget to mention the theme name in your caption!
Refer to the submission rules for specifics on each theme. Entries that do not comply with the entry requirements or are incomplete will be disqualified.
Challenge Period:
Each theme will have its own challenge period. Refer to the corresponding flyer for each theme to confirm specific details.
All entries must be submitted within this timeframe.
Content Guidelines:
Entries must showcase nail art creations that align with the theme of each challenge.
Entries must be original and created by the participant.
Inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content will be disqualified.
By entering the challenge, participants grant @ScorpionGoddessNails the right to share and feature their entries on Scorpion’s Instagram account and other social media platforms.
Winner Selection:
The winners will be selected based on [criteria for judging, e.g., creativity, execution, adherence to theme, etc.].
The decision of the judges &/or @ScorpionGoddessNails is final and binding.
Prizes:
The prizes for each theme will be announced at the time of each theme announcement. Follow @ScorpionGoddessNails on Instagram to stay updated.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced on corresponding dates TBA.
Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, they forfeit their prize(s).
Publicity Release:
By participating in the Goddess Gang Nail Art Challenge, all entrants hereby grant the host full permission and consent to showcase their submitted nail art entries across the host’s official website and diverse social media platforms. Entrants understand and agree that their entries may be featured, but not exclusively, with attributions such as their Instagram handle, provided first/last name, and/or YouTube handle. The host reserves the right to use and display these entries for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Goddess Gang Nail Art Challenge, without any additional compensation or notification to the participants.
Limitation of Liability:
Scorpion Goddess Nails is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other problems that may arise during the challenge.
Governing Law:
The challenge and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United States of America.

Participation in this challenge does not require any purchase or payment to Scorpion Goddess Nails or any other entity.

Participants retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in their entries. However, by entering the challenge, participants grant Scorpion Goddess Nails a license to use, display, and share their entries for promotional and marketing purposes.

No Guarantee of Prize Availability:
Scorpion Goddess Nails reserves the right to substitute the announced prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
Compliance with Laws:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the challenge and the content they create comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Assumption of Risk:

Release of Instagram from Liability:
