much like a traditional nail art challenge, these challenges are based on a theme. however, there are many differences between our standard challenges, and our all-inclusive challenges.
for starters, if you are invited to participate and you decide to join, you are automatically eligible to win free prizes! all participants are considered to be winners, however, we will cast votes for an overall Grand Prize Winner; that gives everyone at least 2 chances to win!
additionally, these challenges are part of an exclusive nail art challenge series, and they are distinctly designed to encourage teamwork and inclusivity. each theme will feature entries from the host, plus 4 additional participants exclusively invited for a chance to join in curating a complete 10-piece full nail set masterpiece!
furthermore, the judging panel process for these challenges also differs from that of a traditional challenge. instead of seating a randomly selected panel, our panel will feature the host and all of the participants for the corresponding challenge. we will all be each others’ judges. all participants will be invited to join a live panel for judging and scoring each entry except their own. if any participant prefers not to join the panel, that is okay! any participant that declines to sit in on panel will still be able to cast their votes via a tally sheet. lastly, there is an allotment for one featured panelist per theme.

for these challenges, participants are hand-selected based on their prior work, creativity, and ability to capture the spirit of the challenge.
if you are specially selected to participate, you must accept our invitation by completing the sign-up form for the corresponding challenge. the sign up form will gather essential information such as your shipping address, preferred communication methods, and any specific details relevant to the challenge.
as an additional perk, and as a token of our appreciation, each participant will be shipped a complimentary parcel containing goodies for the challenge, gifts for you, and a consent to release form for your artwork to be officially accepted into the challenge. most importantly, the parcel will include a pre-labeled parcel envelope for ease of shipping in cases where you must mail in your final design.
after sign-up is complete, you will receive an email correspondence within 48-72 hours to confirm your complimentary parcel has been shipped. once your parcel has been received, your 6-week time allotment to complete and return your design officially begins!
throughout the challenge, we encourage our participants to share subtle, intriguing glimpses of their work with their supporters on their social media platforms to build excitement and curiosity; sharing cryptic captions and close-up shots that do not give away the final design.
all participants are also invited and encouraged to participate in our members-only discussion forum. you will receive your username and temporary password combination so you can login on ScorpionGoddessNails.blog and join-in! this is a great place to share progress with other participants, receive feedback, and connect with one another within the community.
as always, all entries will be scored based on 3 factors: creativity, execution, and wow factor, on a scale 1-10. however, instead of seating a randomly selected panel, our panel will feature the host plus our 4 selected participants for the corresponding challenge, and a featured panelist, if applicable.
if for any reason we have a participant that does not wish to seat on panel, their votes will still be casted and tallied via their participant tally sheet. while participating on panel is not a requirement, casting votes and submitting your tally sheet to the host is a requirement.
once all 4 participants have returned their completed designs, a panel date will be assigned and participants will assemble for the 10-piece full nail set grand reveal! although the judging panel will film as though it is a live-show, it will be pre-recorded and released at a later date, as a Youtube premiere.
all participants will receive photos and video footage to create reels, feed posts, shorts, etc. promote and celebrate your work! your creativity is amazing!
after our grand-reveal via stories, reels, feed posts, and Youtube, our masterpiece will be featured in the Goddess Gang Nail Art Challenge Hall of Fame via ScorpionGoddessNails.blog, and officially submitted into the physical GGNAC HOF!
all participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding their work throughout the process. this ensures the challenge remains mysterious and exciting until the official reveal.
