Thank you so much for joining us here on the Goddess Gang forum. We are so excited to unite and embark upon the Goddess Gang 7-week Journey to Self-Improvement! This special edition, exclusive nail art challenge is one of its own kind. Please, join me as I share more about how it all started.

Now, as many of you know, we have been hosting the Goddess Gang Nail Art Challenge across Instagram, Youtube, and our blog site for a little over a year now. I often ask myself, where has the time gone? And, with that, there comes a sense of realization.... You have to wonder to yourself, what if you'd never started to begin with? And, if you've come this far in such a short time, 1. how? 2. are you ready to keep it up?! Luckily, consistency is how, and yes, I have full intentions of keeping it up, how could I choose not to?

With that, Nicola (@thegoldenbayface) and I put our heads together and began forming goals, which require plans, and, throughout the process, we began to reflect on instances of self-improvement and self-application... Along with, self-accountability, and, teamwork. From there, we both felt inspired to create a new challenge that would be complimentary to not only where we are in our own lives, but, where others may be in theirs, too.

The purpose of this particular challenge, is, to embrace self-improvement and exercise our ability to formulate a strong and healthy support system around us, that we may find ourselves being lifted up and walking in our intentional purpose, even when we may feel we are falling short from time to time. Now, that is a daily challenge within itself, however, we are adding a nail art twist to the equation! That's right! Create your heart out!!! You can do it!

So, here's how it works:

1. Each week we will focus on one particular facet of our 7-week challenge, which means, there are 7-facets total. The first 6-facets are basic challenges, while the 7th facet is considered a super challenge, where you will show off all of your skills in one amazing nail set!
2. Each week you will be required to complete a full 5-nail set. Weeks 1-6 are basic challenges and Week 7 is a super challenge, in which you will aim to show off your skills! The challenges are as follows:
   1. Week 1: Nail Foils
   2. Week 2: Rhinestone Application
   3. Week 3: 3D Nail Art
   4. Week 4: Hand-drawn Nail Art
   5. Week 5: French Tip/Ombré Design
   6. Week 6: XXL Nail Set
   7. Week 7: Mediums Exposé Super Challenge ~ Design must include at least one medium as listed, but not limited to:
      1. Stamping
      2. Polygel
      3. Hardgel
      4. Dip powder
      5. Acrylic
3. With this Nail Art Challenge, we will challenge ourselves to improve our nail art skills and our accountability to our hobby by focusing on one medium each week, as listed above. And, on the 7th week, will will have a free-form challenge where we can show off all of our skills and showcase beautiful freestyle designs that include at least one required medium, also listed above.
4. The most important aspect of this challenge, is the journey itself! This special edition, exclusive nail art challenge is set to run for 7-weeks, which means, we will all be in this together. We have created this forum thread as a place we can all come together and share our reflections each week. Remember, this is a journey to self-improvement.
5. Each week we will meet here to share our masterpiece nail art photos, and, our weekly reflection/testimony. Always keep the focus of this challenge in the forefront of your mind. The focus is not perfection, simply, self-improvement. We will embrace and strengthen our consistency, versatility, and, reflection. Please refer to both my posts and posts from Nicola as you scroll further down this thread, and you will be able to see numerous examples of how the challenge works! 🤩
