Welcome to the Treasure Trove Affiliates Program—
a sacred space created to honor our mission of sharing beauty, hope, and healing through intentional treasures. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Participation
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Affiliates must be approved by the Treasure Trove team before gaining access to referral tools and benefits.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.
2. Affiliate Collectives
All approved participants will be placed into one of our two official collectives:
- PR Collective (Tiers 1 & 2) – Designed for organic promoters, micro-influencers, and heartfelt supporters of the brand.
- Ambassador Collective (Tiers 3 & 4) – For those deeply committed to our mission, involved in campaigns, and representing our highest level of brand partnership.
Tier placement is determined through a two-interview process and ongoing collaboration.
3. Referral Tools & Tracking
- Approved affiliates will be given a unique referral code or link to share.
- Referral benefits are only granted when purchases are completed through the assigned code or tracked link.
- Affiliates are responsible for using their referral tools appropriately and ethically.
4. Promotional Guidelines
- All promotions must remain honest, authentic, and aligned with our brand values.
- Affiliates may promote via blogs, social media, YouTube, personal websites, or word of mouth.
- Misleading claims or over-exaggerated language about products or their effects are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not engage in paid advertising using the Treasure Trove name, unless explicitly permitted.
5. Commissions & Rewards
- Commission tiers and promotional rewards vary by level and may include discount codes, complimentary gifts, early product access, or cash incentives.
- Specific details regarding commissions will be outlined in your Affiliate Agreement Contract.
- Rewards are processed monthly. We reserve the right to withhold rewards if fraud or misconduct is suspected.
6. Content Rights & Representation
- Affiliates grant permission for Treasure Trove to repost and showcase affiliate-created content (images, reviews, videos, etc.) with proper credit.
- Affiliates represent the Treasure Trove brand when using referral tools and must maintain professional and respectful online conduct.
7. Review Requirement (Optional but Encouraged)
- We kindly encourage all affiliates to leave honest reviews of products they receive or promote, either directly on our website or via email/DM.
- Feedback helps us grow and ensures our community remains heart-connected and mutually supportive.
8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or remove affiliates from the program under the following conditions:
- Inactivity or lack of communication over a 60-day period.
- Violations of these Terms & Conditions.
- Harmful or disrespectful conduct toward the brand or its mission.
9. Changes to the Program
Treasure Trove reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or internal platform updates.
